A bit about the role We are looking for an organised, delivery focused Client Relations Manager to support the sponsor journey from proposal stage through to delivery and post-event reporting, for Mining Indaba sponsors.

The role will work in close partnership with Sales leads, joining proposal calls where required to understand client objectives, shape deliverables, and ensure commitments are operationally feasible.

Post sale the Client Relations Manager will support the transition into onboarding, manage sponsor deliverables end-to-end, and ensure a high-quality onsite and post-event client experience.

As part of your job, you’ll be: Pre-Sale Support & Handover Join proposal calls where required to understand sponsor objectives and assist sales with bespoke proposal packages.

Support Sales by advising on delivery feasibility, timelines and required assets.

Contribute to proposals by ensuring deliverables are clear, accurate, and achievable.

Manage a smooth handover from Sales into onboarding once contracts are confirmed.
