We’re Hyve – organiser of the world’s fastest‑growing and most forward‑thinking B2B events. As the chosen event partner to many of the world’s leading companies, our platforms play a critical role in their strategies – helping them enter new markets, accelerate growth and connect with the people who matter most. Our portfolio features some of the world’s leading events in sectors such as e‑commerce, healthcare, edtech and fintech. We’re growing fast with an entrepreneurial culture that empowers big ideas and quick action, plus an ambitious acquisition strategy bringing exciting new events into our mix. Alongside our market‑leading events, we’re building tech and data‑driven products that supercharge connections – from one‑to‑one meeting programmes and curated table talks to year‑round engagement platforms.
A bit about you: Whatever your background, beliefs or ambitions, there’s a culture of belonging at Hyve – and everyone is welcome. The question isn’t where you’ve come from, but where you want to go. You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, collaborative and not afraid to challenge convention. We look for people who take pride in what they do, who are excited by change and always moving forward. The kind of people who stay open, keep learning and look for better ways to make an impact. Our shared behaviours guide how we work: we dare to do things differently, own our work, embrace collaboration, stay true to ourselves and others, and remember that optimism wins. If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.
A bit about the role: This role is responsible for identifying, attracting and qualifying potential customers to support the sales pipeline across multiple Global Ventures launches. The focus is on researching target markets, generating new business opportunities and engaging prospects through outbound and inbound channels. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimise campaigns and working closely with the HubSpot Lead Administrator to refine the qualification process. This role exists within Hyve’s dedicated Global Ventures unit, where “geoclones” are born and new products are accelerated, powered by obsessive customer focus, rapid experimentation, simple decision‑making and entrepreneurial energy.
- Lead Management & Campaign Optimisation: Support marketing to maximise campaign effectiveness using data‑driven insights, experimenting with new channels and optimising campaign delivery. Manage lead data from acquisition to conversion, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Partner with marketing and sales teams to optimise lead quality and volume throughout the launch and show cycles. Implement lead scoring, segmentation and nurture workflows that align to sales priorities. Contribute to continuous improvement of lead management processes and tools.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use HubSpot (and wider sources where relevant) to track lead performance and campaign impact. Produce clear, data‑driven reports and dashboards for event and commercial teams. Monitor key KPIs such as lead volume, quality and conversion rate – providing recommendations for optimisation. Present analysis and insights that inform future ongoing campaign planning.
- System & Process Management: Maintain CRM data integrity across HubSpot. Support system improvements and integrations to enhance lead visibility and reporting accuracy. Ensure best practice in data management, compliance and process documentation.
- Collaboration & Enablement: Work hand‑in‑hand with sales and marketing to align lead generation with commercial goals. Support training sessions on lead management tools and processes. Digest available data, use it to tell a story (build a narrative) and then explore, experiment and test outcomes.
What we’re looking for: Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within events, exhibitions or professional services. Confidence and prior experience with HubSpot CRM, including implementation, configuration and optimisation. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools. Understanding of key aspects of integrations and data flows. Excellent communication skills and experience providing training and support to cross‑functional teams. Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive change across the organisation. Experience working with marketing and IT teams to align technology solutions with business goals. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Up‑to‑date knowledge of HubSpot’s product developments and the ability to implement them in a business context.
