What does a successful Clover Regional Product Manager do?

A successful EMEA Country/Channel Product Manager partners with stakeholders to accelerate Clover adoption across our core European markets, translating Fiserv’s mission into product outcomes that simplify commerce for merchants and their customers.

You will collaborate across sales, marketing, product, engineering, operations and partners to deliver compliant, scalable channel programmes that reflect local market needs and Fiserv values.

What you will do

  • Lead channel strategy and product roadmap for Clover across our core European markets, aligning with Fiserv priorities and local market dynamics.
  • Define and prioritise product capability and requirements that increase merchant acquisition, retention and transaction volumes.
  • Collaborate with independent software vendors, resellers and partners to enable integrations, certification and co‑marketing.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional launches with engineering, operations, legal and sales to ensure timely, compliant releases.
  • Analyse merchant, partner and transaction metrics to inform decisions and optimise pricing and feature adoption.
  • Evangelise the Clover proposition to commercial teams and external partners to accelerate go‑to‑market execution.
  • Drive the commercialisation of Clover product. Partner with key stakeholders to develop go‑to‑market approach and sales enablement ahead of major launches.
  • Manage products strategically and tactically through the product lifecycle in close collaboration with the Clover global product team.
  • Manage regulatory and security alignment for payments and data protection across core European markets.

What you will need to have

  • Product Development: Proven experience in leading product development, preferably within fintech or payments industry.
  • Product Management Expertise: Strong background in defining product vision, setting roadmaps, and driving requirement definitions.
  • Market and Customer Insight: Deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales, training, marketing, engineering, and product teams.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong financial and business acumen, with a metrics-driven approach.
  • Innovation and Problem-Solving: Creative mindset with the ability to find solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience and Education: Relevant degree and experience in product management or related roles.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of payments, point‑of‑sale ecosystems and merchant acquiring models.
