Join our dynamic, creative and fast-growing team in Manchester. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and supporting the senior team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering outstanding marketing strategies for a portfolio of high-profile retail and destination clients. More than just managing accounts, you'll help drive the business forward by identifying opportunities, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth and success of the agency.

About the Role

Working across a diverse portfolio of shopping centres and retail destinations, you'll lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns, while acting as a trusted adviser to your clients.

  • Lead the marketing strategy and day-to-day management of our retail clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships and become a trusted extension of their team.
  • Identify opportunities to add value for clients, grow accounts and support the continued success of the business.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines and objectives.
  • Present marketing strategies, creative ideas and campaign performance reports with confidence.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with our in-house creative, social media, PR, digital and events teams to deliver award-winning campaigns.
  • Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions, representing Shoppertainment professionally.
  • Mentor and support junior team members where required.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role.
  • Marketing experience, ideally within retail, shopping centres, leisure, hospitality, property or travel.
  • A confident, outgoing and bubbly personality who enjoys building genuine relationships.
  • Exceptional client management skills with the ability to influence and inspire confidence.
  • Commercial awareness and a natural ability to identify opportunities that benefit both clients and the wider business.
  • Creative, proactive and solutions-focused.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • A team player who isn't afraid to get stuck in, leads by example and makes things happen.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
