About the Role

We are looking for a Client Executive to join our Capture team at SMG. In this role, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, support commercial objectives, and deliver high-quality campaigns, activations, and projects with precision and energy. You’ll play a key part in bringing ideas to life, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and to an exceptional standard. What You’ll Be Doing

Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:

  • Acting as a key liaison between SMG and clients, ensuring clear communication and next steps
  • Supporting senior team members in governance and client meetings
  • Contributing to brainstorming sessions to develop impactful campaigns and activations
  • Managing multiple projects and campaigns, ensuring delivery on time and to a high standard
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Planning, Insight, and Creative
  • Producing high-quality deliverables including media plans, reports, and recommendations
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting wider business initiatives and contributing to SMG’s mission
