Are We What You’re Looking For?

We move fast, adapt quickly, and like to challenge each other. We're looking for people who enjoy the buzz of change, the satisfaction of building something better, and the joy of working with a close-knit, values-driven team. This isn’t for everyone, but if you thrive in this environment, we’d love to meet you!

A Little Bit About You

You’ll bring:

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify revenue opportunities, build value-based proposals and grow long-term client spend.
  • Proven experience in media sales, partnerships or commercial account management, ideally across FMCG, CPG or similarly fast-paced client categories.
  • Strong leadership capability, with experience coaching, motivating and developing a team to deliver against ambitious goals.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to shape go-to-market approaches, see the bigger picture and prioritise the highest-value opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and bring stakeholders along with a clear commercial point of view.
  • An analytical, insight-led mindset, using performance data, pipeline insight and campaign results to improve decision-making and outcomes.

Don’t meet every single requirement? We still want to hear from you. If you believe you’d thrive in this role, your unique perspective might be just what we’re looking for.

Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:

  • Owning the commercial strategy for the CPG client base, growing revenue across new business, repeat investment and larger-scale partnerships.
  • Partnering with Deliveroo’s Strategic Partnerships team to align and maximise Tier 1 CPG opportunities.
  • Developing compelling commercial proposals across sponsored products, moment-led activations and broader media solutions.
  • Shaping the go-to-market approach by category and brand tier, ensuring the team focuses on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Using commercial insight, ROAS performance and campaign learnings to strengthen pitches and increase repeat investment.
