About the role

We are looking for a

Client Associate to join our agency partnership with Morrisons, based in Bradford. As part of the in-house

Morrisons Media Group , you’ll manage a portfolio of clients and FMCG brands, taking retail media campaigns from initial brief through to accurate activation across online and in-store channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself

  • Managing the end-to-end activation of retail media campaigns, from gathering campaign requirements and briefing creative teams to implementation across online and in-store channels.
  • Making sure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with agreed objectives.
  • Reviewing campaign assets and creative executions to ensure they meet brand, legal, and creative guidelines before launch.
  • Monitoring campaign progress, managing timelines proactively, and identifying potential issues before they affect delivery.
  • Building positive relationships with clients, adapting your communication style to different audiences, and becoming a trusted partner.
  • Working closely with commercial, creative, and media teams to deliver a seamless campaign experience.
