About the role: You will be part of the core launch team in UK building and overseeing the relationships with local partners.

What you will own and support:

  • Build and maintain the local partner ecosystem in UK.
  • Identify, assess and commercialise new partnership opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain relationships with existing partners to drive commercial revenue targets or set KPIs with our partners.
  • Increase the productivity of the existing partners through structured partnership program.
  • Present the platform to existing and potential partners on how the solution can help to drive revenues, improve efficiencies.
  • Represent Shopline at industry events and conferences to drive potential partner engagements.
  • Support the creation and execution of the partnership strategy and pipeline targets.
  • Support marketing in creation of marketing collaterals and lead generation activities.

What Will You Need:

  • At least 3+ years experience in Partnership and Sales with a SAAS company in UK.
  • Ability to respond to different partners expectations, needs and communication styles and be quick to respond to feedback.
  • Strong project management skills – ability to identify critical paths, engage, motivate key stakeholders, teams and hold everyone accountable for commitment.
  • Process oriented mindset, very organised, and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-culture teams/stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy working environment.
  • Ecommerce, Social Commerce and/or Retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Plus: Sales, Business Development, Start Up experience will be an added advantage.
