About The Role
The Revenue Operations team at Shopify is accountable for driving go-to-market (GTM) strategy, operational efficiency, resource planning, incentive compensation, process optimization, revenue tooling, business insights, and regional excellence. We are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to support our growing business across EMEA. In this role, you will leverage your experience supporting customer-facing teams and managing business processes, along with strong analytical abilities, to generate actionable insights and drive revenue optimization for Shopify’s EMEA region. As an individual contributor, you will work cross-functionally to support all aspects of the revenue plan—pre- and post-sale, across all routes to market. Your responsibilities will span critical business activities, including optimizing planning cycles, supporting analytics and reporting, and orchestrating field operations.
You’ll help us plan by:
- Partnering with sales leadership on business outlook and performance, leveraging insights to benchmark and inform current and future actions
- Conducting deep-dive analysis on regional sales performance and building forecasts in partnership with regional leaders
- Recommending optimal territory structures across EMEA with a strong interlock with our Partner channel
- Using territory-based analysis to inform capacity and hiring decisions as we scale
- Developing weekly and monthly cadences with recurring meetings and data-driven presentations
- Recommending optimal target disaggregation across all team and sub regions in EMEA with a strong interlock with our global partners
You’ll help us run the business by:
- Building sales productivity assets and facilitating business and funnel reviews
- Managing local sales programs that deliver sales capacity, capabilities and initiatives to meet targets
- Designing SFDC dashboards and reports, automating extraction and publication to optimise daily workflows
- Developing and implementing rep and team KPIs and processes to optimise revenue operations
- Supporting cadences across Partner, Marketing, Sales and post-sales teams with necessary data and analytics
You’ll identify where and how we can grow and optimize by:
- Utilizing data and analytics to identify insights and trends that optimize merchant success activities
- Identifying opportunities for process and tooling improvement, working with Global Revenue Tools teams to prioritize
- Owning cross-functional projects and experiments—connecting global and regional partners to land growth strategy
- Collaborating with Operations, Data, Enablement and Product teams to automate processes and drive innovation
- Liaising with APAC and AMER counterparts to ensure best-of-breed sharing on programs and initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in revenue excellence, channel or sales operations, or go-to-market strategy
- Direct experience partnering with Regional or Country Sales Leaders; Channel Ops experience an advantage
- Proven track record developing revenue and growth strategies for multi-product SaaS or eCommerce/FinTech businesses
- Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset—able to dissect operational data and identify implications, risks, and actions using AI tooling
- Experience with sales and analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker Studio) with SQL skills a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple senior stakeholders
- Experienced at building strong cross-functional relationships with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
- Thrives on change in a fast-evolving commerce environment

About Shopify
Opportunity is not evenly distributed. Shopify puts independence within reach for anyone with a dream to start a business. We propel entrepreneurs and enterprises to scale the heights of their potential. Since 2006, we’ve grown to over 8,300 employees and generated over $1 trillion in sales for millions of merchants in 175 countries.
This is life-defining work that directly impacts people’s lives as much as it transforms your own. This is putting the power of the few in the hands of the many, is a future with more voices rather than fewer, and is creating more choices instead of an elite option.
About You
Moving at our pace brings a lot of change, complexity, and ambiguity—and a little bit of chaos. Shopifolk thrive on that and are comfortable being uncomfortable. That means Shopify is not the right place for everyone.
Before you apply, consider if you can:
- Care deeply about what you do and about making commerce better for everyone
- Excel by seeking professional and personal hypergrowth
- Keep up with an unrelenting pace (the week, not the quarter)
- Be resilient and resourceful in face of ambiguity and thrive on change
- Bring critical thought and opinion
- Use AI tools reflexively as part of your fundamental workflow
- Embrace differences and disagreement to get stuff done and move forward
- Work digital-first for your daily work
