We serve a curated range of açaà bowls, Greek yoghurt, matcha, coffee and a functional range, designed for people who want to feel good without compromising on flavour. We are a fast-growing brand with ambitious plans to scale, and we are looking for a driven Shop Manager to lead our Glasgow Silverburn location and bring the Vyve experience to life.
The Role
As Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, and day-to-day running of the store. You will lead your team from the front, ensuring exceptional customer experience, strong operational standards, and a positive, energetic environment. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development
- Train and develop a high-performing team
- Lead by example on the shop floor during busy periods
- Deliver structured onboarding and ongoing training (via Blend & in-store coaching)
- Create a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the store
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance (EHO ready at all times)
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and waste management
- Implement and maintain all Vyve operational procedures
- Ensure product quality and presentation is consistently high
- Handle customer feedback professionally and proactively
- Build a strong local reputation for the brand
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Manager in hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Passion for food, coffee, and customer experience
- Experience in cafés, coffee shops, or health-focused concepts
- Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
- Experience managing KPIs and P&L performance
