As a Sales Advisor, you play an important role in delivering the day‑to‑day customer experience in store. You bring our products and brand to life through warm service, genuine conversations, and attention to detail, helping customers feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their choices. This role is about building strong foundations in customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork, while developing confidence and consistency in everything you do.

What you’ll be doing

Store Operations: Supporting the Store

  • Complete daily tasks accurately and on time, following clear guidance.
  • Follow cash handling, security, and Health & Safety procedures confidently.
  • Take care of products and fixtures to reflect brand standards.
  • Support replenishment, housekeeping, and stock tasks as directed.
  • Balance completing tasks with maintaining a calm, attentive customer experience.
  • Report any issues, risks, or concerns promptly to a Supervisor or Manager.

About You

  • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking to customers.
  • Reliable, organised, and happy to follow clear processes.
  • Keen to learn and develop new skills.
