As a Counter Manager you will oversee and drive counter sales; creating counter-specific goals and strategies that lead to the achievement of retailer/market goals with an emphasis on building the Victoria Beckham Beauty brand through exceptional service and clienteling while coaching and developing productive Beauty Stylists.
You Will
- Lead and develop counter-specific sales plans with input and involvement from the Sales and Education team.
- Analyze counter and competitive sales and provide cross-teams with appropriate feedback and recommendations.
- Deliver requested reports accurately and on time.
- Develop seasonal strategy to drive business; setting and recording monthly, weekly, and daily counter-specific goals with support from Sales & Education.
- Coach, Train, and develop a team that delivers an exceptional luxury experience by creating a welcoming personal and professional. environment focused on clienteling.
- Develop the fragrance, artistry and service skills of Victoria Beckham Beauty Stylists, coaching them to create the complete Victoria Beckham look where individual beauty is amplified.
- Create and maintain a growth plan with each Stylist to sustain their individual development, ensuring they are utilising education and development tools.
- Manage team schedule and ensure team is adhering to all policies (grooming, T&A, etc) and KPIs.
- Uphold Victoria Beckham Beauty Image and Counter Hygiene standards.
- Meet or exceed personal productivity goals, UPT, AOV, and other assigned KPIs
- Maintain exceptional relationships with the store team, buying office and VBB, collaborating creatively to build trust
You Have
- 3+yrs in previous Counter Manager or Assistant Counter Manager (external).
- Proven coaching, training, and development skills.
- Effective goal setting, planning, and communication, relationship-building and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and get ‘buy-in” on goals and strategies in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Self-reliant and autonomous with the ability to make solid business decisions
- Passionate about beauty, luxury, clienteling, and selling.
