The Role You Could Play
Our Therapists play a pivotal role in the business with a mission to becoming the one clients rave about, delivering exceptional customer service experience, every single day.
You’ll work closely with your Clinic Manager and Team Leader to build a highly effective clinic that provides clients with accessible treatments, backed by medical experts.
What you will bring:
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for skin. You must also have:
- Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Required)
- Level 4 in Laser and Light Treatments (Desirable)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing an empathetic approach to help customers with all queries, skin concerns and offer desirable solutions
- Being an expert in your field, and confidently delivering individualised skincare consultations including Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Skin Needling and HydraFacial
- Communicating with fellow team members to navigate customers experience, seamlessly. This includes support with the day-to-day running of the clinic with treatment room cleanliness, and hygiene
- Support on the front desk as required
