We are looking for a part-time Office Manager to keep our London office running smoothly two days a week. You will be the person who makes the space work, so the team can do their best thinking when they are in. This is a hands-on role covering everything from the state of the office to deliveries, equipment, and the occasional office move. You will look after the practical details that are easy to overlook but make all the difference, with the freedom and trust to run them your own way. It suits someone organised, proactive, and genuinely happy in an operational role. You take pride in a well-run space, you spot what needs doing before being asked, and you enjoy being the reliable point of contact people turn to.
What You’ll Do
- Keep the office tidy, presentable, and ready for the team on working days.
- Receive, sort, and manage deliveries and incoming post.
- Set up and maintain desks, equipment, and workstations for new and existing staff.
- Coordinate occasional office moves and changes to the workspace layout.
- Order and book breakfast, refreshments, and supplies for the team.
- Liaise with building management, cleaners, and external suppliers as needed.
- Track and replenish office stock so essentials never run out.
- Handle ad hoc office management tasks that keep the day running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in office management, facilities, or a similar operational role.
- Strong organisation and the ability to juggle several practical tasks at once.
- A proactive, self-directed approach that does not wait to be asked.
- Reliability and availability for the required two days a week in London.
- Comfort dealing with suppliers, deliveries, and building contacts.
- A practical, hands-on attitude, including light physical tasks such as setting up equipment.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a fast-growing or multi-site company.
- Familiarity with common office tools and AI-assisted workflows.
- A network of reliable local suppliers and vendors.
- Basic IT setup knowledge for desks and equipment.
Why Shop Circle
- Join an AI-native holding scaling a portfolio of software businesses worldwide.
- Be part of a company that has raised $250m and closed 20 acquisitions in four years.
- See the direct impact of your work on a team building at real pace.
- Take genuine ownership of how the London office runs.
- Work alongside operators who value applied AI in everyday work.
- Competitive compensation and room to grow your role over time.
