The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, highly motivated Off-Cycle Investment Analyst to join our Corporate Development team in London for a full-time, 6-month internship (January 2026 – June 2026). You’ll join a dynamic team of eight investment professionals and gain hands-on exposure to live technology acquisitions across Europe and North America. The internship will be activated through your university or as a recent graduate (within 12 months). Exceptional performance may lead to a full-time offer. The internship follows a hybrid model.
What You’ll Do
- Gain hands-on experience evaluating and executing technology acquisitions across global markets
- Support commercial, product, and financial due diligence processes
- Build and update financial models and company profiles
- Assist in preparing investment memos and materials for internal committees
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Legal, and Value Creation teams
- Work closely with senior team members on live transactions
What We’re Looking For
- First-class academic grades (or equivalent)
- At least one prior internship in finance — ideally investment banking, strategy consulting, or buy-side investing
- MBA graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Fluent in English; Italian or another European language is a plus
