The Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Software Monetisation Lead to design, operationalise, and scale monetisation across our growing portfolio of enterprise products.
This is a highly cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of product, finance, GTM, and operations, with a mandate to turn pricing into a strategic engine for growth.
You will own the full lifecycle of monetisation — from strategy to execution: defining pricing architectures, enabling deal execution, building playbooks across acquisitions, and ensuring alignment with enterprise customers and internal teams.
This is a unique opportunity to build the pricing function inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing software groups.
What You’ll Do
- Build scalable pricing and packaging frameworks for enterprise SaaS and vertical software products.
- Lead pricing implementation across new acquisitions and integrate them into our commercial model.
- Collaborate with Product to align pricing with value delivery, feature tiers, usage, and roadmap.
- Partner with Finance and RevOps to define discounting thresholds, approval workflows, and renewal strategies.
- Drive adoption across Sales and Customer Success through guidelines, training, and deal desk support.
- Analyse performance, elasticity, and customer behaviour to continuously refine monetisation.
- Leverage AI tools and internal data platforms to automate pricing insights and decision-making.
- Build repeatable pricing playbooks that scale across multiple business units.
Who You Are
- Experience in pricing, monetisation, commercial operations, or product strategy within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into clear pricing decisions.
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and working across functions.
- Experience implementing pricing at scale: packaging, renewals, deal desks, and discounting structures.
- A systems thinker who enjoys building frameworks, processes, and playbooks.
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can manage complexity across multiple products.
- Bonus: familiarity with AI-driven pricing models or usage-based pricing.
