- Help prepare investor updates, Board materials, and reporting packs;
- Assist in fundraising, capital markets, and debt-related initiatives;

- Support the coordination of investor communications and fundraising events;
- Collaborate with Finance and M&A teams to ensure consistent investor messaging;
- Help maintain internal documentation and CRM tools related to investors and brokers.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student (or recent graduate) in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field;
- Strong interest in finance, technology, M&A, and capital markets;
- Solid analytical skills and a good understanding of financial concepts;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus);
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn;
- Proactive mindset, curiosity, and a high sense of ownership;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What you’ll gain:
- Direct exposure to investor relations, fundraising, and M&A activity;
- Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and finance teams;
- A steep learning curve in a high-growth, AI-driven software group;
- Real responsibility and impact from day one;
- Strong potential for a full-time role after the internship.
