Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship at Maybury Montessori, Woking.
Requirements;
- A Level 3 Childcare qualification is essential
- Previous Room Leader experience is essential
- First Aid is essential
- You must be able to gain a clear DBS
- Have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English, or equivalent
- At Maybury Montessori we care for children from 6 months to 5 years old

- Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Lead, support, and motivate the preschool team.
- Deliver high-quality early years education and care.
- Oversee planning, observations, and children's progress.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Support staff development through mentoring and coaching.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the setting.
- Promote an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
- Act as a positive role model and uphold the setting's values and standards.
- Hours;
- Maybury Montessori is open from 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday
- The successful candidate will be required to work 36 - 40 hours per week
