Imagination Childcare Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at Imagination Childcare, Swindon.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a nursery setting
- You must be able to gain a clear DBS
- Have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English, or equivalent
Imagination Childcare are a small, independent, family-run nursery filled with warmth and joy. The team give all little ones the care they need to have the best start in life. At Imagination Childcare, you become part of our family. Imagination Childcare offers places for little ones from the age of three months. Babies to pre-school children are welcome, there are 3 rooms - baby, toddler and pre-school. Flexible private and government funded sessions running 51 weeks of the year. There are good transport links close to bus routes.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.
- Planning and delivering engaging activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Observing and assessing children’s development and progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers, facilitating open communication about their child's development.
- Working collaboratively with your colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
- Ensuring compliance with all nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices.
Hours: Imagination Childcare is open from 7:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week.
