About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- A level 3 qualification in Early Years / Education, or equivalent, is essential and you will have significant occupational competency in the Early Years / Education sector.
- Understanding of E‑Learning Portfolios and a passion for delivering good quality training.
- An assessing qualification (e.g. A1, CAVA) is desirable but not essential; willing to complete our in‑house training.
- Experience in leadership and management.
- Superb time‑keeping skills and ability to work on your own initiative, prioritising your workload at all times.
- IT competency.
- Own vehicle, valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across your region.
About The Role
As a dedicated and dynamic Trainer you must be committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, deliver engaging training modules that align with industry standards and organisational goals, and empower participants with practical skills and knowledge. You will create interactive learning experiences, cultivate a positive collaborative environment, and support learners with comprehensive information, advice, and guidance (IAG).
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of award‑winning qualifications.
- Use our e‑portfolio system to manage the learner journey.
- Ensure accurate assessment of learners against national standards.
- Create appropriate solutions for learners to ensure the best learning experience possible.
- Implement equal opportunities at all times.
- Ensure efficient processing of paperwork and marking of assignments.
- Ensure e‑learning portfolios are regularly marked and updated.
- Meet with the Senior Manager on a regular basis to discuss individual learner development.
