Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Business Development Administration Apprenticeship at Shoots.
Location: 3 Wollaston Road, Southbourne, Bournemouth United Kingdom
Contracted Hours: 30 hours per week

About the role
The Business Admin Apprentice will report directly to the Senior Business Development Administrator, supporting with the day-to-day operations of the business while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
As part of the apprenticeship you will be involved in working across various areas of the Business Development Team ensuring you have variety and the opportunity to learn and enhance your skills and meet your objectives.
Your duties and Responsibilities
- Lead generation of new areas as and when required, in accordance with expansions plans
- Upkeep of existing operating areas in line with data publications
- Processing of new learner requests from Sales and Recruitment team
- Assisting Senior Administrator with keeping monthly reporting accurate
- Helping to create monthly reports and distribution
- General housekeeping of the CRM system
- Ad-hoc duties to be completed in line with business needs
- Completing course work and any necessary exams inline with your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship requirements.
Essential Qualifications
Nothing formal as by the end of your apprenticeship you will have achieved a Level 3 Business Administration Qualification. Functional Skills will need to be completed as part of your apprenticeship if you are unable to evidence a G.C.S.E Grade of 4-9 in both Maths and English.
