About the role: The Administrator will build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and managers across the business, providing professional, consistent, and robust administrative support to the Shoots Team. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of administrative processes, supporting operational effectiveness, and enabling the team to achieve and exceed departmental and company objectives. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent service to internal stakeholders. By providing accurate administration, effective communication, and responsive support, the Administrator will contribute to the overall success and performance of the team.
Essential Skills & Qualification:

- Level 3 qualification in Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Level 2 ICT qualification (or equivalent), with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Your Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process learner documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with ESFA funding rules, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain effective communication with learners, team members, partner settings, and internal and external stakeholders to support the smooth delivery of programmes and services.
- Monitor and adhere to current organisational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, ensuring knowledge remains up to date through regular review of documentation and updates published on relevant systems.
- Ensure all learner records and administrative systems are maintained accurately, securely, and in accordance with data protection requirements.
- Provide timely and professional administrative support to the Shoots Team and wider business as required.
- Support the achievement of team and organisational objectives through efficient administration and attention to detail.
- Create, maintain, and distribute surveys to support business needs, gather feedback, and assist with reporting and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate and manage weekly post duties from the Head Office, ensuring incoming and outgoing correspondence is handled promptly and appropriately.
- Manage and maintain NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) data, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and reported in line with funding and contractual requirements.
