About You
Our trainers are the first point of contact for their learners. They deliver exceptional training and develop real bonds with both the learners and employers, which has helped us achieve such glowing reviews from Ofsted, NCFE and Matrix alike! We are looking for someone who has:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Education, or equivalent, is essential and you will have significant occupational competency in the Early Years / Education sector.
- Understanding of E‑Learning Portfolios and a passion for delivering good quality training.
- An assessing qualification (e.g. A1, CAVA) is desirable but not essential; willing to complete our in‑house training.
- Experience in leadership and management.
- Superb time‑keeping skills and ability to work on your own initiative, prioritising your workload at all times.
- IT competency.
- Possession of your own vehicle, a valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across your region.
About The Role
As a dedicated and dynamic Trainer you must be committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, deliver engaging training modules that align with industry standards and organisational goals, empower participants with practical skills and knowledge, and facilitate a positive and collaborative training environment. As a Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting learners by providing comprehensive information, advice, and guidance (IAG) to help them achieve their educational and career aspirations.
Your Key Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a range of award‑winning qualifications.
- Using our e‑portfolio system to manage the learner journey.
- Ensuring accurate assessment of your learner against National Standards.
- Creating appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure the best learning experience possible.
- Implementing Equal Opportunities at all times.
- Efficiently processing paperwork and marking assignments.
- Regularly marking and updating E‑Learning portfolios.
- Meet with the Senior Manager on a regular basis to discuss individual learner’s development.
