What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Sound understanding of the EYFS and experience supporting children’s development
- Confidence working flexibly across different rooms, age groups and teams
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Warm, caring and professional communication skills
- A genuine commitment to high‑quality, inclusive early years care
Your Role
- Support the team in delivering engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences
- Step into different rooms as required, ensuring continuity of care for children
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, colleagues and families
- Help maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
- Contribute to observations, planning and record‑keeping where appropriate
- Uphold safeguarding procedures, EYFS requirements and health & safety standards
