Shooting Stars Nursery in Worcester is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Relief / Bank Early Years Practitioners to provide flexible support across our nursery. This is an ideal opportunity for qualified practitioners seeking flexible hours, as well as those newly qualified in Early Years who are looking to build confidence and broaden their experience across different age groups.

What We Are Looking For

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
  • Have experience in a nursery, preschool, or similar childcare setting
  • Understand the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Are confident, adaptable, and happy working across different age groups
  • Have a good awareness of safeguarding and child protection
  • Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Are passionate about providing high-quality, inclusive childcare
