About You

  • Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Have practical experience supporting children’s learning and development
  • Are confident adapting to different rooms, age ranges, and team dynamics
  • Have a good understanding of EYFS requirements
  • Are knowledgeable about safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Communicate warmly and professionally with children, families and colleagues
  • Are committed to delivering inclusive, high-quality childcare

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing support across the nursery, stepping into different rooms as needed
  • Delivering engaging activities in line with children’s interests and development
  • Building positive and secure relationships with children and the wider team
  • Helping to maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
  • Assisting with observations and learning records where required
  • Following safeguarding, health & safety and EYFS guidance at all times
