Shooting Stars Wolverhampton is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly Early Years team. Working closely with the Room Leader, this is a great opportunity if you’re ready to develop leadership skills, support others and take the next step in your Early Years career.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Room Leader in delivering outstanding Early Years provision
- Act as a Key Person, building trusted relationships with children and families
- Lead and support planning and delivery of engaging EYFS activities
- Mentor and guide team members, students and apprentices
- Maintain accurate observations, records and learning journeys
- Promote a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
- Contribute to Ofsted requirements and continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with external professionals to support SEND needs
