Early Years Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:30am–6:00pm All year round | Bank holidays off

This summer, we’re looking for a caring and committed Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team at Shooting Stars Kings Norton. What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Confidence delivering the EYFS, including inclusive practice and SEND support
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years

Your Role

  • Act as a Key Person, building secure and nurturing relationships with children and families
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate, child‑led learning experiences
  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
  • Contribute to consistent, high‑quality practice and Ofsted readiness
