Salary: £39,000.00 p/a + Excellent Benefits
Contract Type: Full-Time, 40 hrs/week (Monday to Friday), we open all year round except bank holidays

About the Role
As Nursery Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the nursery’s success—leading with vision, nurturing talent, and ensuring excellence in every aspect of care and education.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading an established team: Inspire and support a passionate group of practitioners to deliver outstanding care and education
- Maintaining high standards: Ensure EYFS compliance and promote strong progress for all children
- Safeguarding and inclusion: Champion a safe, inclusive environment where every child thrives
- Building partnerships: Strengthen relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies
- Driving performance: Monitor occupancy, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Developing your team: Conduct regular observations, appraisals, and support ongoing professional development
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident, experienced leader who is passionate about early years and committed to continuous improvement.
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher)
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualifying experience in early years
- Proven success in leading teams and creating inspiring learning environments
- Strong communication, organisational and safeguarding skills
