What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident, qualified early years professional who can lead a room with energy, creativity, and care.
- Level 3 or abovefull and relevant Early Years qualification
- Experience working in a children’s day nursery
- Room Leader or Team Leader experience
- Strong knowledge of theEYFS ,Safeguarding procedures , andSEND support
- Ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centric care
Key Responsibilities
- Lead your room and support your team to deliver outstanding early years education
- Act as a Key Person and build strong partnerships with parents/carers
- Ensure your room meets all EYFS and safeguarding standards
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Support and mentor practitioners to grow and develop professionally
