Salary: Up to £13.40 per hour (Nursery Practitioner) | Up to £13.90 per hour (Senior Nursery Practitioner)

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are:
- Level 3 qualified in Early Years (full & relevant)
- Experienced in a children’s day nursery setting
- Confident in delivering the EYFS and supporting children with SEND
- Knowledgeable in safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Enthusiastic about building strong relationships with families and children
- Committed to delivering high-quality, child-centred care
Senior Practitioner applicants should also have:
- Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues
- A proactive approach to leading practice and supporting inspections
As a Nursery Practitioner or Senior Practitioner, you’ll:
- Be a Key Person, supporting children’s learning and development
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
- Work in partnership with parents and carers
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Support Ofsted standards and contribute to inspections
- (Senior role) Lead by example and support junior team members and the room leader
