Join Our Bromsgrove Nursery Team
We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming team at Shooting Stars Nursery in Bromsgrove.
This is a great opportunity for both experienced practitioners and newly qualified Level 3 candidates looking to develop their skills within a supportive and well-established setting. About You
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
- Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Have experience within a nursery or early years environment (preferred but not essential for newly qualified applicants)
- Are confident working within the EYFS framework
- Have knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practice, including supporting children with additional needs
- Are enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a Key Person for a group of children
- Planning and providing engaging, child-centred learning opportunities
- Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Developing positive partnerships with parents and carers
- Supporting high standards of care, learning and Ofsted expectations across the nursery
