What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Confidence delivering the EYFS, including supporting children with SEND
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years
Your Role
- Act as a Key Person, building strong and nurturing relationships
- Plan and deliver engaging, child‑led learning experiences
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
- Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
- Support consistent, high‑quality practice and Ofsted standards
