About the Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you’ll play an important role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a Key Person for a group of children
  • Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
  • Planning and providing engaging learning experiences
  • Supporting children’s individual development and next steps
  • Building positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
  • Promoting safeguarding and children’s welfare at all times
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain excellent standards across the nursery

What We’re Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Good understanding of the EYFS
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child welfare requirements
  • A positive, enthusiastic and professional approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs
