Early Years Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) Shooting Stars Nursery – Bromsgrove (B61 0AE)

£14.10 per hour

Full-time – 40 hours per week (part-time hours also considered)

All positions are all-year-round. Bank holidays off.

We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming team at Shooting Stars Nursery in Bromsgrove. This is a great opportunity for both experienced practitioners and newly qualified Level 3 candidates looking to develop their skills within a supportive and well-established setting. About You

  • Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Have experience within a nursery or early years environment (preferred but not essential for newly qualified applicants)
  • Are confident working within the EYFS framework
  • Have knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practice, including supporting children with additional needs
  • Are enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a Key Person for a group of children
  • Planning and providing engaging, child-centred learning opportunities
  • Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Developing positive partnerships with parents and carers
  • Supporting high standards of care, learning and Ofsted expectations across the nursery
