The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you'll help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where babies and young children can learn, develop and flourish. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
  • Acting as a Key Person for a group of children
  • Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
  • Planning engaging activities and experiences
  • Building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Completing observations and supporting learning journeys
  • Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
  • Promoting safeguarding and child welfare at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS Framework
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for supporting children's development

  • Experience working with children under 3 years old
  • Experience in a Baby Room, Pre-Toddler or Toddler Room
  • Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse or Early Years Educator
