What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Confidence delivering the EYFS, including inclusive practice and SEND support
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- A positive, reliable team player with a genuine passion for early years
Your Role
- Act as a Key Person, supporting a group of children
- Plan and deliver engaging, child‑led learning experiences
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Contribute to high‑quality practice and Ofsted readiness
