- Level 3 qualified in Early Years (full & relevant)
- Experienced in a children’s day nursery setting
- Confident in delivering the EYFS and supporting children with SEND
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding and child protection
- Skilled at building warm, positive relationships with families
- Passionate about high‑quality, child‑led learning and care
Your Role
- Act as a Key Person and support children’s learning and development
- Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities linked to the EYFS
- Work closely with parents and carers to support each child holistically
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, stimulating environment
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvements and uphold Ofsted standards
