Shooting Stars Nurseries is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years professional to oversee our thriving Pre-Toddler Room at our Bromsgrove nursery. This is an exciting opportunity for an established Room Leader, Senior Early Years Educator, or experienced Nursery Practitioner looking to further develop their leadership career within a well-respected nursery group. You'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for children, guiding colleagues to deliver outstanding practice, and ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and safeguarding are maintained every day., As Room Manager for our Pre-Toddler Room, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team whilst creating an engaging environment where young children can learn, explore and flourish. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Managing the daily running of the room and maintaining high-quality practice.
- Supporting children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Leading, motivating and coaching Early Years Practitioners, apprentices and students.
- Building professional partnerships with parents and carers.
- Monitoring children's progress and ensuring individual needs are met.
- Promoting inclusion and supporting children with additional developmental needs.
- Maintaining exemplary safeguarding, welfare and health & safety standards.
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and inspection preparation.

Qualifications
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher.
- Previous experience working within a nursery or childcare setting.
- Experience supervising or leading a team within Early Years.
- Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education.
- Sound safeguarding knowledge and professional judgement.
