Part‐Time Early Years Role Supporting Children at Lunchtime

We are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our established Bromsgrove nursery as a part‐time Nursery Practitioner, supporting children and staff during the lunchtime period. This lunchtime nursery role is ideal if you're seeking flexible hours, a school‐friendly schedule, or a reliable midday Early Years support role.

Working across rooms, you will help create a calm, nurturing experience for children during mealtimes, rest periods and transitions – making this an important and valued role within our friendly nursery team.

About You

  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Knowledge of the EYFS and confidence supporting children across age groups
  • A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • A warm, calm approach and the ability to adapt across different nursery rooms
  • Enjoys working as part of a supportive nursery team
