We have an exciting opportunity for a Referrals Co-Ordinator to join our team at Shooting Star Children’s Hospices. Shooting Star Children’s Hospices provides specialist care and support to families who have a baby, child or young person with a life-limiting condition, or who have been bereaved. Rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission, we support families across Surrey, north-west London and south-west London from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.

This role will provide administrative support for the referrals of children and young people to our service and to assist in the caseload reviews processes. Due to the nature of this role, it will be office based.
This role requires you to have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and the ability to work under pressure and manage a changing workload. You will also need experience of working with Microsoft365 applications including Word and Outlook as well as database packages, websites and social media platforms.
