Responsibilities
- You will work as part of a multi-professional team, delivering holistic care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
- Collaborate closely with families and external services to ensure coordinated, person-centred care.
- Contribute to assessment, care planning, and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Act as a strong advocate for children, young people, and their families.
- Maintain and develop clinical skills and competencies in line with organisational standards.
- Ensure safe, clean, and welcoming clinical environments, adhering to infection control policies.
- Promote effective communication within the multidisciplinary team and with external agencies.
Qualifications
- RN Child/Learning Disabilities or Adult NMC registration
- Compassionate and motivated professional committed to family-centred care
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
- Passion for paediatric palliative care and holistic support and a commitment to continuous learning and service excellence
- Experience of working with children who have complex care needs and/or a palliative diagnosis
