In these situations, you will supervise and support a team of volunteers to maximise sales and deliver an excellent customer experience. You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and confident in handling queries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring a safe and welcoming shop environment at all times. You will also have an ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. You will ensure donations are processed efficiently, stock is well merchandised, and financial procedures are followed accurately. With a flexible, hands‑on approach, you thrive on supporting others and are committed to driving shop performance and maintaining high standards in line with policies and procedures.
