Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Senior Associate to join our planning team. The successful candidate will support our national brand by advising clients across various sectors including housebuilding, retail, investment, energy, and projects.
Our team provides comprehensive support on a variety of planning matters, both contentious and non-contentious, such as highways matters, compulsory purchase work, drafting and negotiating complex Section 106 agreements, judicial reviews, highway closures, infrastructure agreements, and village green issues.
