This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality planning matters across sectors including residential, commercial development, retail, energy, and infrastructure. You will be instrumental in strengthening our national brand and the successful candidate will be advising clients across Shoosmiths\’ exceptional client base.We\’re keen to speak with candidates at all levels from Associate through to Legal Director, with a minimum of 2 years\’ PQE.The teamAs part of our nationally integrated planning team, you\’ll advise clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious issues, including energy consenting and large infrastructure projects, planning agreements, compulsory purchase matters, planning appeals/judicial reviews, and providing strategic advice. You\’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to business development and help strengthen our presence in Scotland.Our team, led by nationally recognised partners, is known for delivering clear, commercial advice on complex planning matters.
