Shoosmiths is seeking a Partnership Accountant to manage end-to-end partner financial arrangements within our LLP, covering remuneration, drawings, capital and tax reserves, and reporting across the London, Birmingham and Northampton offices.
You will liaise with partners and senior stakeholders, ensure compliance with the LLP Agreement, and support cashflow planning through forecasting distributions and tax payments.
