Key Responsibilities
Financial Insight
- Provide clear

Planning
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for assigned Business Services functions
- Develop robust assumptions
- Produce variance analysis with clear narrative
- Drive cost discipline
Business Partnering & Strategic Stakeholder Support
- Act as the lead finance contact for Business Services Directors
- Build strong relationships across Business Services
- Contribute actively to leadership discussions
- Partner on cross-functional initiatives and firm-wide strategic programmes
Performance Management
- Develop and monitor KPIs and financial metrics that strengthen visibility of Business Services performance and value.
- Provide insight into performance drivers and track progress against financial
- Support prioritisation of investment
Projects
- Support the Head of FP&A and senior leadership on strategic projects
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes
- Develop and coach the FP&A Analyst
Skills
Essential
- Qualified accountant (ACA
- Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering
- Advanced financial analysis
