Our Real Estate group is one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders. Offering exceptional market knowledge, the team holds an outstanding reputation with clients and the market generally. Clients are full of admiration for this team, noting it combines outstanding technical expertise with a very responsive service (Chambers).

Our national housebuilder team is seeking an Associate to work with our varied and dynamic clients as they help deliver the Government’s ambitious new housing targets. The successful candidate will, as part of an experienced team of specialist lawyers, work with FTSE-listed household names as well as other national and regional developers.

They will have the opportunity to develop their technical skills and commercial awareness in a role that will require constant client engagement and relationship management, as they work with colleagues to help our clients acquire both immediate and strategic land for development.

The successful candidate will ideally have some experience of working with developers, ideally housebuilders, in acquiring sites for development; will be quick to learn and have excellent attention to detail; will work collaboratively with colleagues; and will enthusiastically participate in helping us nurture and grow our client relationships.
