Shoosmiths LLP is recruiting for a senior remuneration and accounting role across our London, Birmingham, and Northampton offices.
You will manage partner drawings, distributions, tax settlements and capital balances, while ensuring strict compliance with the LLP agreement and UK tax rules.
You will oversee financial reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications, and support partner onboarding, retirements, and budgeting.
Excellent Excel and modelling skills are essential.
