Shoosmiths LLP is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to develop and own the firm’s mandatory eLearning portfolio. You will work with Subject Matter Experts and the LMS team to improve delivery and user experience on Docebo, while shaping a modern, resource-based approach to learning across the organization.

You will lead stakeholder engagements, apply learner-centred design, and contribute to content strategy as Shoosmiths moves towards more practical, useful learning resources.
